Südwesttextil re-elects board

Fourth term of office for Südwesttextil President Bodo Th. Bölzle - ISCO boss Carina Ammann and Rösch managing director Arved H. Westerkamp new in the presidium of the textile association

Stuttgart, July 22, 2020 - In his fourth term, Bodo Th. Bölzle will continue to direct Südwesttextil as President for the next two years. The CEO of the sewing thread manufacturer Amann Group, based in Bönnigheim, has been involved in the business and employers' association in Baden-Württemberg since 2014.

Tara Veit, Managing Director, Fuchshuber Techno-Tex GmbH, Lichtenstein, is also new to the Südwesttextil Management Board.

  • The textile and clothing industry is Germany's second largest consumer goods industry and world market leader in technical textiles.
  • Südwesttextil represents the interests of the industry in Baden-Württemberg. The business and employers' association is one Community of around 200 companies with a turnover of 7 billion euros and 24,000 employees.
  • Many are important suppliers for the automotive industry, aerospace and medicine or make everyday life more beautiful and comfortable with attractive fashion and high-quality home textiles.
  • Südwesttextil is a consultant for its members, networkers in politics and business, social partners in collective bargaining, promoters of textile research and a commitment to social and ecological standards.
