Sales Professional (m/f/d) – Technical Textiles / Authorities & Industry

For over 40 years, we have been developing and manufacturing certified high-performance knitted fabrics and textiles in close collaboration with our customers—designed to provide maximum protection against hazards such as extreme heat and cuts. Our uncompromising solutions in flame retardancy, cut protection, and abrasion resistance are trusted by authorities, the military, police and special forces, fire brigades, industry, and elite athletes worldwide.

As an independent subsidiary of the Belgium-based Concordia Textiles Group, we benefit from access to state-of-the-art laboratories as well as advanced testing and recycling processes.

We are looking to strengthen our team in Lichtenstein-Unterhausen (near Reutlingen):

Sales Professional (m/f/d) – Technical Textiles / Authorities & Industry

Your tasks:

• Strategic and operational distribution of our specialty textiles in the government, security and industrial sectors

• Establishing, maintaining and expanding resilient customer relationships globally

• Technical consulting and presentation of complex product properties to decision-makers

• Support in tender and bidding management

• Identification of new market segments and business opportunities

• Close cooperation with product development and production

Your profile:

Professional competencies

• Solid textile background – ideally in technical textiles, protective clothing or workwear

• Good product knowledge of fibres, knitted fabrics and textile processing technologies

• Demonstrable success in B2B sales – especially authorities, military, police or fire brigades

• Experience in tender and award management

• Knowledge of fireproof, cut- and stab-resistant textiles is an advantage               

• Languages: German native speaker and fluent in English – other languages are an advantage

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• High self-motivation, solution-oriented way of thinking• Willingness to travel (> 50%) and flexibility
